For guests who purchased their tickets through Spirit Hall, there will be no action needed.  The tickets purchased are currently in your account and will be valid for entry at the Petersen Events center. This goes for both VIP and GA purchasers. 

For guests who purchased at Roxian, we will be working with Ticketmaster to move your tickets to a comparable seated location.  Their Roxian tickets will be voided, and new tickets with your new seat location will be emailed to you.  GA Patrons will get new GA tickets, guests with reserved seats will get new reserved seat locations, and VIP purchasers will get new VIP tickets (but their amenities remain the same).  This could take between 10-14 days after the event goes on sale, but we have prime seat locations held and ready for you.

Spirit hall and Roxian guests will have 10 days to request a refund due to the change.
