The Concourse A entrance is located off Alequippa Street and is most easily accessible from the OC and Towerview Lots. Concourse A is one of two main entrances for all large events and is located next to the Concourse Ticket Office which is open on all concerts and gamedays. This entrance is handicap accessible and guests can be dropped off on the corner of Alequippa and Sutherland Drive.
The Concourse B entrance sits on Alequippa Street and is accessible from the OC and Towerview Lots. The Concourse B entrance is open on a daily basis to the general public to access the food court and Pitt Shop. This entrance is closed on large event days.
The Concourse C entrance sits on Alequippa Street and is accessible from the OC and Towerview Lots. Concourse C is open on game days and is used for Visiting Team and Player Guest Will Call.
The Lobby entrance is located off Terrace street and is most easily accessible from the PG Lot and Solider and Sailors. The Lobby is one of two main entrances for all large events and is located next to the Panther Ticket Office. The Panther Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 9am- 5pm and on all game days. This Panther Ticket Office is not open for Ticketmaster events and does not sell Ticketmaster Tickets for concerts or other non-Pitt Athletic Events. The Lobby entrance is handicap accessible and there is an accessible drop off on Terrace Street in front of the Lobby. The BST garage is located diagonally from the Lobby entrance and this is the Petersen Events Center accessible parking garage.
